Jolla opens pre-order sales for its Sailfish 2.0 OS based tablet

Jolla, a mobile device company based in Helsinki, Finland, the company has announces that it is ready to ship the device in India, United States, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Norway, Switzerland, Russia, and all EU countries. The tablet will comes in two storage option 32GB and 64GB variants, the 32GB variant of the tablet is available for EUR 267 (approximately Rs. 19,900), and the 64GB variant for EUR 299 (roughly Rs. 22,200), directly from the company's website. The first batch will start shipping in the end of October.

The Jolla Tablet offers a 7.85-inch display with a resolution of 2048x1536 pixels, and pixel density of 330 ppi. It is powered by a 64-bit 1.8GHz quad-core Intel Baytrail processor, along with 2GB of RAM. The Jolla Tablet comes in two storage variants 32GB and 64GB, both variants expandable up to 128GB. It is backed by a 4450mAh battery.

The Jolla Tablet equipped with a 5-megapixel rear camera with full HD video, and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. The Jolla tablet runs their custom Sailfish OS 2.0. It's a fully gestured-based operating system.

The Jolla tablet Connectivity options include Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, A-GPS/ GPS, Micro-USB, and 3.5mm audio jack.
