Chinese smartphone vendor Meizu recently enterd in India with note Series Meizu M1 note and Meizu M2 Note, now company will be officially entering Indian market on August 26 with the launch of MX-5. Meizu has sent out invites for its brand launch for the Indian market. Meizu has built a global presence in Hong Kong, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Israel, Russia, Ukraine, Indonesia, and Thailand etc.


The Meizu MX5 comes with a 5.5-inch (1080x1920 pixels) full HD Super AMOLED display with pixel density of 401ppi, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by a 64-bit 2.2 GHz A53 Mediatek Helio X10 octa-core Processor, paired with PowerVR G6200 GPU coupled with 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM.The device runs Android 5.0 Lollipop-based Meizu customized Flyme 4.5 OS on top, and supports dual-SIM with both the SIMs are supporting 4G.
The Meizu MX5 sports a 20.7-megapixel rear-facing camera with laser autofocus and dual tone LED flash. The camera features has a ƒ/2.2 aperture, Burst mode, panoramic lens, while there is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture also on board. It is powered by a 3,150mAh battery with mCharge – Fast charging technology. Apart from this the MX5 also features a fingerprint sensor.
